Wow LIVIN4JC I am a History Major & have a War Library at home on all war ever since 1 BC.
The Civil War is one of me Favorites because of my great great grandfather Was a Confederate Infantry man who served & survived in a Virginia regiment..
He went on to marry a Seminole Indian Woman.
He Landed here from Ireland & was recruited to fight unlike many other Irish Immigrants who landed on our shore & was recruited and died in battel some times only weeks later never to have the American Dream.
More Irish Died In the Civil War than any outher Clan.
