![[pray]](http://www.aboutchristiansingles.com/Smileys/default/bpraying.gif) for all of you. Today I spent 4 hours on the phone with the att dsl tech support person(s) and a 3 way call with a U Verse tech also. It seems they accidently linked a gal in Indiana to my account (her email addy is/was on my acct.) and this was causing them to be unable to reset my password which is what I need to get online. ... still unresolved after 10 days. Then I helped my brother get his van running. A pin sheared on his distributer shaft. That was my good deed for the day. :-)

That sounds frustrating Ramone..
Well my engine light went off but it's still missing a bit...my appt isn't for two weeks.
On a good note about the guys at my placement, the shift of guys that drove me a little crazy last week were so respectful and well behaved today. lol We had a great day together. One gave me a great gift idea for my dad too. He's the hard to buy for, has everything, gadget-computer sort of guy. An electronic weather station. Wireless. The station sits outside and transmits info to a display inside, or you can get ones that you can also see and analyze everything on your computer too. There you are ladies...I bet lots of your men might like this :-) I went and checked them out at Walmart. Lots of different kinds and prices.

Last night my 4 pans of stuffing for about 60 people went over well. Thank You Lord! I received compliments on it which is good because I do not cook as much since it's usually just me and I want to make sure I keep my keep my cooking skills in order. If I decided to marry I do not want him to starve---I want him to feel well fed and well loved.
Today I brought my friend home from the hospital that was in a car accident. After I got a call late last night to go an hour drive to go stay with her because she didn't want to be alone and the person who was suppose to stay left.

For you too, Sister J! And K! And all you other special Family in the Lord! The happiest of Thanksgivings is being wished for each of you.... Here's a poem for each of you to read out loud... to yourself. "True friendship is a golden chain that links the happy years, Each circle is a memory That passing time endears,
I'm glad I have a cherished friend Who's always grand and true, Whose friendship means the world to me-- That cherished friend is you!" ~~Ruth M. Rogers~~And... " Thou wilt show me the path of life, in Thy presence is fullness of joy; at Thy right hand are pleasures forevermore." ~~ Ps. 16:11 ~~Love in Him forever and always... I hope everyone had a blessed Thanksgiving (for those who have Thanksgiving on this date.)
Today I tried to be thankful rather than just stuff my face and watch football. Didn't work. I still watched football. I was thankful that the games were boring so that I could accidentally take a nap. I was thankful for the nap because I forgot about me stuffing my face.

LOL! ![[laugh]](http://www.aboutchristiansingles.com/Smileys/default/14.gif) You have no idea, sis... I made the mistake of drinking two large glasses of sparkling mineral water with my dinner. Wow ow.....carbonation really does blow things out of proportion. LoL

I'd take sunny and cold!! It's raining and gray and dreary here...but the mist over the hills is pretty. ![[thumbup]](http://www.aboutchristiansingles.com/Smileys/default/bthumbup.gif) Thankfully, the effects of carbonation and thanksgiving Pie pass off relatively quickly, I'm happy to say. Feeling much better tummy wise this morning. Not doing much... thinking about all those fabulous bargains I'm missing out on... and not missing it a bit. You can have it. Zoos are not for me... at least when it comes to shopping!

It's a beautiful day here. Still no snow :-) Was out of town for a work seminar yesterday, now headed out of town for my ex's grandmother's funeral. Wonderful weather for a drive.
Hope those of you that live in the US had a good thanksgiving :-)
