Here I thought the purpose of buying a box of frozen mini-rolos would be so that I wouldn't eat so much, be able to control myself a little better.  Three mini-rolos later, I'm thinking that it's not working...lol

Just chillin' after a day in God's house and with His people.  Sittin' in a parking lot posting on a wireless Mac connection.  LoL  I've got a friend going to the sheriff's office w/me tomorrow.  He's a professional chef who says he's worked at Commanders Palace ... one of the best restaurants in New Orleans.  I met him at a Bible study.  He has tomorrow off.  He tried to pay for my dinner tonight but I insisted that I pay for both of us.

I visited a New church today, the Rock Church.  Good music, good praise and worship, friendly people, pretty women, lol.

Praise band rehearsal went pretty good today ... I came in with an attitude .. lol .. like .. come on, let's rock .. or I'm out of here, lol.  Seriously.  They rocked at the other church, and we are like way over due to upgrade our music.

Big football game Monday night ..  our undefeated Saints vs the Patriots.  My brother has invited me over to his place.

Just thanking God for my dog (the Australian Shepard who thinks he's a lap dog...) who is snoring on my lap...
for my kids who KNOW who their Jesus is and who bring kids home knowing there will always be enough... 
for the Spirit who guides and comforts us to know what to say to these beautiful ones...
for the Savior who meets these kids as they are and loves them into His Kingdom...
and for the Father, who so loved us, that He sent His Son to make the way to the Father's side available to us if we only believe...

I woke up sluggish but a little upbeat music is putting me in quite the mood. lol
Unfortunately, I have to work in an hour but I love that job....it's wonderfully sunny here too :-)

 Had a great week at up state New York.
Long trip, two days back and forth. We came back home yesterday about two o'clock in the morning. I am amazed how quick my body recovers. I don't feel tired at all. Thank you Jesus. Had a great time of fellowship and ministering to native Americans with a great team.
And as I told you on my new thread" The wonder of Thanksgiving"...I was disappointed...lol zowy
Well, I guess I am more interested on God kind of stuff than fleshly stuff [eyebrows] [thumbup] [pray]

The Saints won. Smiley  17-38  They remain undefeated at 11-0.  We had a great time watching the game Bill, Cris, & me.  I asked another gal friend and a guy friend to join us but they both declined.  I bought a wireless modem on ebay.  Someday soon I'll get online at home.  I'm at the coffee house now. LoL  Smiley  <><  <3

Good morning folks.  Grin I'm off to venture out into the  deep...wide... world... to do some laundry. Cheesy LoL

Thanking the Lord today for a special young girl... who has God in her name... may He always be in her heart as well....

Just when I was seriously considering getting a "This Parking Spot Is Reserved For Ramone" sign to put up at the coffee house where I get online ... a miracle happened ... some gal named Arlesha got my dsl working again.  Thank You Lord. 

I told my brother that the dsl person (finally, yesterday) said that I had a modem problem, that it was too old.  He gave me a year old one that he had.  I hooked it up today and after an hour and a half on the phone with the dsl support tech I was online again.... after over 2 weeks w/o with service.  It has been interesting talking with the people at the coffee house on my increased frequency there.     Smiley  <><  <3

We finally got wet snow..I'm not sure if I'm happy or surprised. lol But anyway, I'm scared to be on the road because of all the people new to Canada in my city that are experiencing their first drive in the snow on a super icy day...more scared of them than the roads or the weather. LOL
So I drove slow and watched for out of control vehicles. lol

Well we were wet yesterday AG....a down pour....but no snow and I'm sooo glad.

Just want to finish my Christmas so I can snuggle into a warm place when/if the snow does visit.  [thumbup]
My first winter in NC may be quite interesting!
