At church I am interested in someone. He is from a town about 35 mins by car away. Well about a month ago I ran into him at the cafe our church has for fellowship between services. I was looking at a book in the bookstore. He came up to me and said hey I think a friend of yours might work at your work could you give me his number. Then asked where I worked so I thought hmm. Well, he said where do you live, I answered and he gave his number to call if I found the number of the guy. I looked and of course he did not work there. So had a dilemna. Kept wondering how to call with no number. So anyhow there is a singles cookout next week. So I thought ok I will call and take the bull by the horns and call. Took forever to get courage. So I called and said not sure if you are single( knew but did not want to make it obvious) so said do you want to go to a singles cookout at a camp. He said yes, just have to make sure the kids will be ok. Not sure the ages as they don't go to the church part. He seemed happy I called. So I said by the way the guy you asked about does not work here. He said I know he does not I was wondering if you would call. So who knows maybe he is interested. It costs 10 a person so offered to pay. Maybe too bold but I know I am interested plus we are within the same age group.
