Good to see you! I'm just back myself (and not logging on much for the next week ... I'm going to be out of town HOPEFULLY visiting my daughter, who I haven't seen in a few months).

Oh, yeah, the question ... ummmmmmmm ........ what if you don't HAVE cooling equipment? What does that make you then? (And no, the answer is NOT an Eskimo!)

Lav, I think the Amish maintain their cooling equipment by weaving a new fan out of reeds.  So they're good. 

Trish, if you don't have cooling equipment then you are not cool, it's just that simple.  

As far as as the fallen state goes I wish the temp would start fallen in my state.

The HVAC man is back man!  Welcome back HVAC!  I'm a fan of the HVAC man I am.  He's kind of like the forum thermostat.  Cuz when we get all stressed and full of hot air, he knows how to cool us down.

I need to revent in front of the congressnation cuz I have sum temp issues.  I must compress that I sometimes get heated up in the winter and sometimes lose my cool in the summer ..... especially since we vaulted the ceilings, lol.  Maybe I need temperature management classes, lol.  My bro says I need a window unit for my room.   

I'm not all bad cuz I keep the windows and doors shut, I raised the thermostat to 78, I sometimes check the filter, I poured bleach in the drain when it clogged up (and it overflowed water on the floor), and I called the A/C guy when I saw ice on the copper tubing outside by the compressor.      (I also looked to see if the compressor coils were clean at your suggestion HVAC.)

As for you question, I really do not know if you meant to be the way it is or in a spiritual manner.  Knowing what i know of you and about you, i know this is not just a question, you are going somewhere with it, smile smile smile.
I think the Lord has equipped us with both the cooling and heating system, in times of trial and hardships He sends His cooling system to our spirit and lives to help us like the 3 friends of Daniel in the furnace, 7 times hotter, yet, they could not smell the fire on them. And the heating system, is when we forget our first love for Him, when things of this world makes our heart wants to rest and have a nice cold shower, lol, that is when the Lord will turn His heat on so we can love Him with all our hearts, our minds and our souls.  Joni Earickson Tada said once :" God allows what He hates to accomplish that which He loves." Tough? yes, but this is His heating system sometimes to us HV, including you and I.....
So blesssed and thankful to see you back. and will keep on praying for you brother, no, dear brother. Please just send me a note telling how things are with you.

and as for A/C and heating.........I'm a wimp and have to have my A/c going in the summer......so every spring I have my heat pump serviced.......So glad God put HVAC Techs in the world!!!
