It's been hot here lately. It seems every day reaches at least 90 , so outdoor exercise needs to start early.
I went to the local high school track and ran 3 miles , after walking 1/2 mile as a warm-up.
I then drove to my favorite section of smoothly-paved road and rollerbladed on the shoulder for a little over
3 miles. I'm convinced that there's not a better aerobic activity for toning glutes than rollerblading uphill.
During my brief stay in Southern California , my eyes lent credence to that hypothesis as I observed that female
rollerbladers had the best looking legs I'd ever seen.
