Yet God hadn't forsaken Jesus. I always wonder about this statement. This is the one time in the Bible where Jesus' words seem to contradict God's intended plan. ![[thinking]](http://www.aboutchristiansingles.com/Smileys/default/u_thinking02y.gif) he was quoting a psalm (I think 22) which prophesied his death ... thus his words announced the fulfilment of the plan. |
