-11/2   pound sliced seedless watermelon(remove the rind)
-Zest of 1 lemon(very finely grated
-3/4 cup  fresh lemon juice
-1/2 cup mild honey or Stevia(will be a few drops to sweeten as desired)
-1lemon thinly sliced for garnish

- Place watermelon in a food processor and process until very smooth. Strain through a coarse sieve. Pour juice into a jug, add lemon zest.

-In a bowl, whisk lemon juice and honey(or stevia) until it disolves; stir into watermelon juice. Stir in 11/2 cups cold water and refrigerate until it's very cold. Serve over ice and garnish with lemon slices.

It's delicious sis. Have at it. Cheesy  I saw yellow water mellon the other day. I must confess that I had never seen such before. That'll be next, ha, ha.

That's a nice signature you have there, I like the first sentence in particular. It's so true! I consistently refuse  when one gives me such permission and I refuse to give anyone such. Instead humility and meekness and a lifestyle of being led by the Holy Spirit is the best choice/option I believe. We're to know who we are in Christ, aren't we Laura? Toast! Cheesy

Yellow watermelon....hmm....I'm not sure I've seen those before. Yes, you'll have to share your recipe with us if you decide to buy one and try it out. lol

I collect quotes; keep them together when I find one that really means something to me. I came across that one about a year ago; about that time I had just realized how true it really was too.  Yes, and being mature enough too to let things go and not let people get your goat :-)  Finally, I can do that. lol  Usually anyways...lol

I am gonna try your your reciepe. Sounds good. We have tons of watermelon here in Albania...you can't imagine they are so huge some one person can't carry.
Germany is importing watermelon form Alb so you might be eating wm from here...haaa  Grin
We are blessed with a good climate whichis favorable for growing all kinds of fruits and vegies. All fresh and juicy.

This may sound really corny, but did you actually cut up the watermelon and then weight it?? lol  I have to run out and buy lemons tomorrow but I have the watermelon waiting....mmm...
Just a weird thought I had about weighing my watermelon on the bathroom scale, that's all. LOL I think I will have to take a picture of that. hehe
